Autodesk University will be here before you know it!
Beth and I went last year for the first time and we were INCREDIBLY impressed. We did non-stop CAD from morning till night! It was worth every single penny- where else can you choose from 400+ task specific classes taught by people who really use the software.
And---- As if you needed another reason to attend- I just received my acceptance email to instruct two sessions.
Both have a Hydraulics and Hydrology flavor.
One of my favorite types of projects to do are Stream Restorations- so I will show you how to use a combination of Map and Civil 3D tools to analyze a stream before restoration and how to use Alignments, Assemblies, Profiles and Corridors to do the design. AND- if James ever gets me that HECRAS export VBA, I might just throw that into the mix.
The other will cover how to leverage Map and Civil 3D tools to help you get your inputs for your predevelopment and post development TR-55/TR-20 analysis and optimize your design. We'll also go over some strategies to help you size your pipes using your own homemade Excel sheet, or some other packages that take a LandXML import.
I can't wait! Las Vegas, here we come!

This week? Pretty likely.
Oh, and go turn on the feed in the Settings tab so we can just keep up via RSS?
